We all come across stress and face a lot of pressure in our works, home and meeting. Pressure do comes with challenges but i believe every challenge the is a way to solve it.
Here i have comes with my own three tips to feel confident under pressure! And it has and have work for me now its up to you my readers to try it.
1. Be yourself! No one else can be you, so its what will make you stand out. But also, if you're being yourself, you will immediately feel more comfortable and confident.
2. Wear little bit of makeup. Well am not really into make up but i always wear a little of mascara and gloss anytime i go out, it does not mean going to the grocery shop or out for a movie. It makes me feel so much more confident, which is the projected in how i talk.
3. Practice makes perfect! Whether you are giving a speech, going for an audition or even just posing for a picture, the more you have rehearsed what you are going to say or do, that more confident you will feel when it comes to doing it. Know which camera angle suit you and practice posing so it feel natural when you are in front of a camera. Or, if you' are doing a speech, practice giving it in front of a friend or family who will give you honest and helpful feedback.
